 Graphene

· Synthesis of CVD based Graphene by Ni and Cu catalysts and transfer of high quality graphene

· Measurement of electromechanical properties of Graphene and application as unique heterostructure

 Semiconductor

· Synthesis of CdSe quantum dots by electrochemistry on conducting substrate

· Research of the ultrafast electron transfer in photocurrent device via Photo-Fluorescence Decay Times and transient absorption spectroscopy

· Tuning the work function of heterostructure

 Fuel Cells

· Research of oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and methanol reduction reaction (MOR)

· Synthesis of new catalytic materials (Arrayed Pt NPs on Graphene, unique nanostructure of assembled peptide-SWNT)

 Magnetic Storage

· Synthesis of arrayed CoPt magnetic nanoparticles

· Research of the perpendicular magnetic properties and the solution of the superparamagnetism effect
